Non-Surgical Orthopaedic & Spine Center, P.C. was established in April 1993, specializing in the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Since that time, our practice has developed into one of the premier orthopaedic practices in the country, and an industry leader for the non-invasive treatment of back and neck pain. In addition to providing care for problems relating to the spine, such as herniated discs, our practice also treats other orthopaedic conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, tendonitis, arthritis, and repetitive motion injuries. Our goal is to eliminate pain and return patients back to an active lifestyle. We identify and treat the cause of the pain, not just the symptoms.

Our services include comprehensive orthopaedic evaluations, disability assessments, customized pain management programs, Independent Medical Exams (IME’s), Electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/Nerve Conduction Study) and a variety of interventional spinal injection procedures. We also have an on-site Ambulatory Procedure Center at our Marietta location to increase our customer services and patient convenience.

We have locations in Marietta, Atlanta, and Carrollton. Dr. Weil and Dr. Grasso are Board Certified, and attend many medical conferences in order to stay up-to-date on the latest technology in their field. Dr. Weil is also a nationally renowned speaker on topics including "New Advances–Pain Management," “Non-Surgical Treatment of Back Pain,” “Fibromyalgia,” and multiple other subjects.
